Its good shrinking memory function and self-sticky can make goods integrity to prevent goods from loosening and collapsing during transportation and being polluted by dust. The transparency and tensile strength of this product can make the packaging beautiful, economical and practical. The film can be widely used in wrapping of palletized goods. It’s a good substitute for hot shrinking packaging film during transportation.

1. Alloy screw adopts special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity design to ensure good plasticization, uniform color and greatly improved output.

2. The die head is made of imported special die steel, which is processed by high-precision processing technology to ensure that the die head will not deform in long-term use and the output is more smooth and stable.

3. Two-way circuit design is adopted inside the cooling steel roller, and the spiral flow passage is built in to ensure even temperature of the roller surface.

4, winding device, can move back and forth, using advanced torque motor with four-axis automatic tension control force, can adjust the speed and film width.

5. The production line adopts an extruder to produce single-layer stretch film or clingfilm.
