Machine take the HDPE or LDPE as raw material,through heating,extrusion,blowing,stretch,winder and final be roll thin film.

► The finished plastic thin is widely used for supermarket bag,garbage bag,various plastic package bag.

► Adopts single screw to extrude the material to double die heads, equipped with double traction and double rewinding device, features high output and reduce energy consumption.

► The screw and barrel are made of 38CRMOAIA high quality alloy steel after fine finishing and nitrided treatment, which has high hardness, strong resistance of corrosion and durability.

► The die head is plated with hard Chrome, adopt screw mandrel type structure to ensure that the extrusive molten material is evenly, and the blown plastic film has fine surface gloss, the labyrinth structure blower’s air output is even.

► The winding unit adopts pressure friction rewinding or center rewinding, and driven by torque motor, which makes rolling even and roll-changing easy.
